i'm always in this twilight: bandom in the minor mode.

I've struggled a bit with how to define the bands I'm rec'ing for--I want a term that doesn't suggest they're worse as bands (they're not; for example, Empires is my favorite bandom/bandom-adjacent band) or even that their music is less popular, but rather that they're less popular in inspiring fanworks. The first tier would be FOB, Panic, and MCR, and the second, maybe Cobra, Gym Class, and TAI, and the third, these bands. I'm both over- and underthinking this. Have some recs :D?
